Fitter's Gather Sheet

Submaterial grouped for gathering, in the order a fitter actually picks it — not the order the model stores it.

Sample output — layout representative, numbers illustrative. Your job's data fills it.

Who it's for
The shop floor.
What's in it
Submaterial grouped by main member · pick-order sequencing · quantity, submaterial mark, and description per line · combined quantities across identical parts.
Why it exists
SDS2's submaterial output isn't organized for gathering — shops reformat it by hand. The GatherSheet data root has 59 fields and no finished fitter-facing output.
How it's built
Built on the GatherSheet root (59 fields) and MemberMaterial.Material.SubMaterial grouping.

Install — about a minute, once it ships

  1. Save the template file.
  2. Drop it into your job's Job\reports\Detailing\ folder.
  3. In SDS2, run it from Run Report Writer Report.
Status: in build — not available to download yet. There is no file behind this page today, and a free account will not get you one. Each template is written and run in SDS2 on a real job before its download is enabled here. The weekly brief announces each one the day it ships.

Verify report output against your project documents before fabrication. Templates are original SPI work built on the verified SDS2 ModelAll field catalog — every field path they use is checked against it, never guessed.
